The Q4 2025 Finance report is dated February 23, 2026 and was presented in March. Its categories distinguish complete or substantially complete and in service, underway, delayed, and identified for cancellation. Not every unfinished project is late: some are multi-year. Project-count shares are not comparable to the 21.8% of capital budget spent, since sizes, timing and carry-forwards differ. This is a dated snapshot, not today’s live status.
