I want residents to feel the difference, not just read about it in a report.

I have selected five improving services. I am not suggesting every rating improved or that these changes prove cause.

I use the comparisons on pages 13 to 15 of the 2025 report and show percentage-point changes, not percentage increases. I use the age-weighted representative mail sample: 404 responses from 1,600 invitations, with response counts varying by question. I exclude the self-selected online sample. I do not use the overall ±4.9-point margin as the uncertainty of each change or claim statistical significance. I recognize that other ratings were flat or declined.

I checked these sources on 8 September 2026. I am showing dated public records, not a live feed.
