These selected five services improved. Other ratings were flat or declined, and the changes do not prove cause.

Comparisons come from pages 13 to 15 of the 2025 report. Changes are percentage points, not percentage increases. The age-weighted representative mail sample received 404 responses from 1,600 invitations, with counts varying by question. The self-selected online sample is excluded. The overall ±4.9-point margin is not the uncertainty of each change; statistical significance is not claimed. Other ratings were flat or declined.
