I use the City’s annual general municipal tax increases: 2020 to 2025 from the 2025 Financial Plan (printed page 15; PDF page 16), and 2026 from the adopted-budget release. I retain the 2023 jump and budgets adopted before the October 2022 election. I do not equate these rates with a household’s complete bill or use inconsistent peer-city tax definitions to claim a ranking.
