The City’s annual general municipal tax increases come from the 2025 Financial Plan (2020 to 2025, printed page 15; PDF page 16) and the 2026 adopted-budget release. The series includes the 2023 jump and budgets adopted before the October 2022 election. These rates are not a household’s complete bill. No peer-city ranking is claimed, since tax definitions differ.
